Fascia and Stretching.
The fuzz is the fascia that surrounds and infuses your muscles, running seamlessly throughout your body allowing movement, support, and connection in the body. Movement, stretching and modalities such as Massage, Structural Integration and Myofascial Release can all help to keep the fuzz free and fluid and allow the muscles to slide freely over each other preventing adhesions and areas of restriction, which so often are the beginning problems like back pain or neck pain as well as tension and tightness in the muscles.
